Eazy Activities

Being active is easier than you think. Some people think about getting active as getting fit and assume that it means vigorous physical activity. It doesn't. You will get fitter as you get more active. But, the goal for good health is to increase the amount of physical activity that you do. The more you do the better! It's important to be actives whatever age we are. Even growing older doesn't have to mean being less active. Many people think it's natural to slow down and do less, simply because we are not as young as we used to be.
But, for most of us, this simply isn't true. It's never too late (or too early) to become more active, and you'll benefit even if you've been inactive until middle age or beyond. The good news is that starting to be more not only improves your health but also helps you cope better with the demands of everyday life. Think about the way in which you live your life and the choices you make. There is an active and an inactive way in which you can do many everyday things, for example:
  • The way you travel - every journey begins and ends with a walk
  • How you go about your daily tasks at home, work or school
  • The choices you make as you move around, such as taking the stairs instead of the lift
The opportunities to be active are yours for the taking. It doesn't matter what you do--walking, cycling, swimming, dancing or yoga as long as you do something. It is being active that counts! Put your postcode in the search box, chose "easy activities", and we'll help you find something to get you started.

Tata Guna Lahan Berkelanjutan Untuk Memaksimalkan Dampak Dana Desa

How is the distribution of economic development growing bigger, both individually and regionally? The answer to the question above does not seem to be encouraging. The trend o...

Leisure Economy: Enjoy Life While Doing Productive Economic Activities

In the last three years, there has been an interesting phenomenon in the consumption patterns of Indonesian society. Public consumption is down, but the Indonesian economy is slowly increasing. The reduction in visitors to retail outlets in Indonesia, ranging from the conventional to the modern indicates that the consumption of Indonesian mass is decreasing. Conventional retail outlets in the Glodok, Tanah Abang, Mangga Dua, Thamrin City and modern retail outlets such as Ramayana, Matahari and Giant are no longer experiencing the glory period experienced a few years ago. Then, where does the Indonesian people's money run to?  The Illusion of E-Commerce in Consumer Product  Many argue that the lack of retail outlets is caused by the proliferation of e-commerce in Indonesia, especially in big cities that provide complete and easy access to technology and information. The emergence of e-commerce in Indonesia, which sells a variety of household goods, such as Bukalapak...
